Getting to Castletownbere

Public Bus Service
From Cork Airport there is a bus service into Cork Central Bus Depot. Monday to Friday every 25 minutes, Saturday and Sunday –hourly, (or alternatively a taxi is about €12 A public (CIE) bus service is available and leaves Cork at 9.15am every day (except Sunday).
Please contact me if you need help with this bus service. The approximate cost is €14 each way.
Current Bus Timetable
There is also a local private bus (Harringtons –see below) that leaves Castletownbere every morning at 8.00am and returns in the evening, leaving Cork (Central Bus Depot)at 6.00pm. The approximate cost is €20 each way You should allow approximately 2 hours if travelling by bus.

Whichever option you choose, we will meet you in Castletownbere and escort you to your accommodation.
Finally, please be assured that we will arrange to get you to Castletownbere and back to Cork Airport in time for your flights. |
